Located in East Austin, less than 1 mile from Austin's Central Business District and Convention Center, Assembly Hall is perfectly positioned to offer an authentic, local experience in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood boasting some of Austin's best restaurants, hotels, iconic music venues, local retail and artist studios.

Timing

  • Date: February 3, 2026
  • Check-in: 8:00–9:00 AM
  • Workshop Kickoff: 9:00 AM sharp
  • Closing Session & Networking: Ends at 6:30 PM

We recommend arriving early to check in, grab breakfast, and connect with fellow attendees.

Meals & Breaks

Light breakfast, coffee, and tea will be provided.

Lunch is included with your registration.

Snacks and beverages available throughout the day.

Your laptop or tablet for interactive exercises

Pre-requisite materials (communicated post-registration)

A notebook (we’ll also provide Playbook-branded materials)

Networking & Community

The Playbook is about building a community of corporate fundraisers. Throughout the day you’ll have opportunities to:

  • Meet peers facing similar challenges
  • Connect with speakers and mentors one-on-one
